Paypal can be a bit weird when there are firewalls or stale cookies in your browser. 

We've found the following usually works for customers : 

  1. Clear all browser session cookies.
  2. Restart your browser.
  3. Restart your order with
  4. Other ideas - Try a different browser, try a VPN connection, etc. Anything to reset the session from any stale objects that might be messing up the order process. 

If that still doesn't work, please email support, tell us the error you are seeing, and the extensions you want and we can create an invoice for you and bill you directly.
